Opening and cutting boxes to make random checks is a time consuming and expensive process that can significantly eat into the profits of a business. Cornerstone automation systems (CASI), has introduced automatic box opening system,  ABOT system, which saves time and handles a number of boxes speedily and safely, which is not possible otherwise. The speed varies from box to box depending on sizes, shapes heights etc. The system is programmed in such a way that it can handle multiple shapes and sizes of cartons depending on its height or bar codes. In order to avoid any kinds of risks, the system works on 24 volt with zero pressure accumulation conveyor. 

The automation systems ABOT one can open around 600 cartons per hour while ABOT Duo can do the same task in the same time for 1000 cartons. The system can adjust to different kinds of cut patterns.

The most efficient and speedy ABOT system is ABOT magnum which handles as much as 60 cartons per minute. The most incredible system options include ABOT 12m which, along with other functions helps in opening cigarette cases without any damage. To deal with the food items such as serials ABOT Automatic Case Extraction (ACE) has been introduced which helps in transferring food items safely into the containers.

Before the delivery of the product to the customer, CASI checks the working of the systems itself, in order to avoid any kinds of issues related to the system functioning.
