Colleges have limited funds for awarding scholarships to high school sports girls. Every year it takes a considerable amount of time locating deserving players, and justifying your selection to the top management. With Steel Athlete, my job has been made easier.

Steel Athlete is a database of Girls High School Basketball, Girls High School Softball and Utah High School Soccer. They have a number of profiles of students interested in getting these scholarships. What sets this service apart is the capability to upload films. I can now make a selection, and be sure of it. The students profiles are also detailed and cover all aspects that a may interest any coach like me. You can also create your own High School Coach profile and contact college coaches to view your students’ profiles. Even if the students aren’t Div I talent, it doesn’t mean they can’t play college athletics at a Div II, III, NAIA, or Junior College.

Luckily for us, we don’t even have to go through the entire database. Interested girls send invitations to college coaches to view their profiles. The process has become quicker, structured and transparent. The girls that have come in through this program have all justified their selection. Steel Athlete is a coach’s best friend!
