I have just had a horrible experience with my computer where the whole thing crashed, taking with it tonnes and tonnes of work (which I very stupidly neglected to backup). If that wasn’t bad enough, I then bought a second hand computer from a friend who had constructed the computer himself out of components and I had no end of trouble getting it to run (what do they say… never buy from a friend???). I finally found your site after much searching and have now sorted out all the problems by updating all of my drivers. I must say it is handy having all of the drivers software in one place and the automatic detective system saved me lots more headaches. What I did find was that the range of printer drivers was limited, and my old HP jet printer was not on your list. Perhaps that is something you can work on?
